One of the best rental houses I ever lives. This place is really a gem and a hard find. There are so many properties in Auckland but hardly any get the Sun this place gets. In peak winter, on a clear day, the carpet in the bedroom is warm around 4pm naturally. We are lucky to have found this place and we really love living here. The street is so quiet. There is a big park view with a gate to walk behind the house for fresh air. A place thats beautiful built and conveniently located.
