Why PropertyVoice exists as a trusted property review platform
A founder-led platform built to make property decisions more transparent, fair, and grounded in real occupant reviews.

Ever wished you knew what it was really like to live in a property before you moved in? I did. That was the spark for PropertyVoice. After renting in Auckland since 2016, I kept running into the same gap: glossy listings and marketing copy, but no honest, experience-based signal from people who had actually lived there.
We read reviews before buying a phone, a vacuum, or even choosing a one-time meal. But for most people, choosing a home is one of the biggest decisions of their life. It should come with a public, independent record of the good, the bad, and the truly important details that shape day-to-day life.
PropertyVoice is built to give renters, buyers, and commercial occupiers that clarity through a trust-first review system where lived experience is the primary signal, and verification, moderation, and dispute workflows keep the record accurate.
A little about me: I’m a tech enthusiast based in Auckland, living here with my wife and two kids. I care deeply about building tools that make big decisions more transparent and more fair. I want PropertyVoice to be the most credible property review surface in the market.
