Privacy Policy
This policy explains the main categories of information PropertyVoice handles, why it handles them, and how public review content differs from restricted verification material.
Effective date: 5 April 2026
This policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions so users understand both the platform rules and the data-handling basics.
Legal quick links
You can always reach both legal pages from the site footer, signup flow, and review submission flow.
1. Information PropertyVoice collects
PropertyVoice collects account details such as email address, sign-in information, public profile fields, and the review content you choose to submit. It also collects operational records needed to run the platform, including moderation history, trust-state changes, and abuse-prevention events.
If you submit verification documents, PropertyVoice stores those files and related metadata for internal review. Verification documents are handled separately from publicly visible review media and are intended for restricted administrative access only.
2. How review and verification data is used
Review text, ratings, issue tags, and any public-facing review media may be used to generate property pages, search results, trust labels, moderation decisions, and related product features.
Verification documents and associated notes are used to assess identity, occupancy, and content confidence. They may also be used for fraud prevention, moderation, dispute handling, and trust-model auditing.
3. What may be visible to others
Published review content, trust labels, and public profile identifiers may be visible to other users and search engines. PropertyVoice may also publish structured metadata needed to make property and review pages discoverable.
Verification documents, internal moderation notes, and restricted trust-review records are not intended for public display. Administrative access to that material is controlled separately from public review pages.
4. Security and retention basics
PropertyVoice uses technical and operational controls intended to protect account data, review records, and verification material. No system can promise absolute security, and you should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
PropertyVoice may retain account, moderation, verification, and audit records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, comply with legal requirements, or maintain trust-model integrity.
5. Sharing and service providers
PropertyVoice may use infrastructure, hosting, storage, and operational service providers to run the platform. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to deliver the service or maintain security and reliability.
PropertyVoice may also disclose information where reasonably required to investigate abuse, respond to legal process, enforce its terms, or protect users, moderators, or the platform itself.
6. Your responsibilities
Do not submit documents, media, or personal information that you are not entitled to share. Before uploading supporting material, remove anything that is unnecessary for review verification or moderation unless PropertyVoice specifically requests it.
If you use anonymous display settings, that only changes what is publicly shown on the review page. It does not mean PropertyVoice stops processing the underlying account, moderation, or verification information needed to operate the trust system.
7. Questions, corrections, and updates
If you believe account information, review metadata, or verification status is inaccurate, use the relevant product channel or moderation workflow to request review. PropertyVoice may ask for additional information before making changes that affect trust, safety, or account integrity.
This policy may be updated as PropertyVoice expands into new jurisdictions, data flows, and moderation systems. The current version published on this page applies from the date shown below.
